In most cases, I have uploaded the documents themselves in Word or PDF instead of relying on hyperlinks, which often change or become broken. PCO, for instance, deliberately refuses to add PDFs of its documents for reference, so I have also used the Wayback Machine of the Internet Archive to dredge up facsimiles of the Privy Council Office’s Guidelines from 2015, 2019, and 2021.
